How do I know if this Power Bank will charge a tablet?
The battery capacity (mAh) of the power bank will determine how well it will charge any device. If your tablet has a 10,000 mAh battery, then a 15,000 mAh power bank will charge it approximately one and a half times. But a 2,600 mAh power bank will only give you about a quarter of a charge. Also, keep in mind that the output current will determine how quickly your phone or tablet charges. If you try to charge a tablet with a power bank that has a .5A output, you will be there a while. As such, we have marked only power banks with an output current of 2A or higher as “tablet charging.” Keep in mind that the power banks stated power (mAh) will never be fully transferred to your phone or tablet, as the transfer itself requires some of that energy. See our table below under the question “How large is the battery in my device?” for a list of common devices and their battery size.
Will this work with my Apple products?
There is no software in a power bank and as such you do not need to worry about compatibility with a certain platform. That being said, Apple does certify many Items to show that they have tested this product for use with Apple products. Look for the MFi (Made for iPhone/iPod/iPad) indication.
How quickly can I have my product in hand?
Normal production time is 5 days from when the artwork is approved. If you have a tight deadline, please see our products with 24 and 48 hour production time. Keep in mind that the time does not include shipping. If you have a deadline please use the special requests box at checkout and we will do all in our ability to assist you.

How do I send you my artwork?
There are 2 options. The first is to upload it at checkout. The second option is to email it to us when it is convenient for you. The preferred format for artwork is a vector format with the text converted to curves. If you don’t have this, upload what you have and we will provide up to half an hour of free work with our art department.
What is mAh?
mAh stands for milliampere hour. It is used to describe the charge that a battery will hold. The higher the mAh the more charge the battery holds. The more charge that can be stored in the power bank the more charge can be transferred to other devices. For example, if an average smartphone has a 1,500 mAh battery, a 2,000 mAh power bank will charge it a little more than one time. However if you get a 6,600 mAh power bank, you will get approximately 4 charges out of it. mAh should not be confused with how fast your phone or tablet will charge. Also, some of the stated mAh will be lost in the transfer of energy so a fully charged 2,200 mAh power bank can not fully charge a completely empty 2,200 mAh phone, but should get it to more than 95%.
How long does the Power Bank take to charge?
This is determined by the input current. The most common input amperages are .5 and 1 amp, but they can go higher. The higher the amperage the quicker it will charge. Additionally, it will charge faster plugged into the wall rather than plugged into a computer. The larger the capacity (mAh) of the power bank, the longer it will take to charge.
How quickly will it charge my device?
This is determined by multiple factors. The first is the output current. The output current on our products ranges from .5A to 2.4A. To charge a phone, a normal output current is .5A or 1A, while for a tablet 2.1A would be more appropriate. The higher the current, the quicker your device will charge. The second factor to take into account is how large the battery on your phone or tablet is. You can use a power bank with a 1A output to charge your tablet but that will take much longer than one with a 2A output. Conversely, if you use a 2A output port to charge your phone it will charge much quicker. Battery capacity (mAh) is not related to how fast your phone or tablet will charge. (See “What is mAh?”)

What is the lifespan of the Power Bank?
This depends on the power bank, but most that we sell will last 500-600 cycles of charging and uncharging before they begin to lose the ability to store power. Thus, IF you cycle it once a day, the average power bank will last a full year and a half before it starts losing its capacity.

Tips to prolong battery life
- Fully charge before first use.
- Store while mostly charged. Storing empty can reduce the capacity of the battery.
